we do!
the shoe idea wasn't ours, but we have a few purses up our sleeve:

if you want to make these,

you will need:
cute paper (preferably 2-sided)
cute ribbon
glue (or double-sided tape)
buttons, flowers...etc for adornments
a bone for folding (get at any craft/paper store)
